These distinctive and beautiful designs are fabricated using a state-of-the-art printing technology on clear tempered insulated glass. Select between rustic knotty pine, knotty white cedar or knotty Alder wood species to coordinate with the exterior and interior of your home. Hand-Carved One-of-a-Kind Wood Doors

Hand-carved doors crafted by nationally acclaimed Wisconsin carver/artist Jeff Ayers. Ten beautifully carved standard designs, exclusive to Timber Valley Millwork, are offered for interior or exterior door applications. Custom carved designs are another way we can make your vision a reality. Our standard designs are carved into beautiful knotty pine panels, providing rustic charm and natural beauty to complement your home. Other wood species available as a special order.

Specifications:

Standard door thickness is 1-3/4" (2-1/4" additional charge).
Doors are constructed of knotty pine or knotty white cedar.
Door frames are clear pine with bronze compression weatherstrip.
Door sill is bronze aluminum with adjustable oak threshold.
Glazing is one inch insulated glass.
Custom sized and shaped doors are available.
Door units are shipped K.D.

WARRANTIES: Timber Valley Millwork exterior door products carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Art-Tech glazing carries a ten-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Timber Valley Millwork exterior doors are not certified for installation in certain coastal areas based on the Florida Building Code hurricane wind load requirements. Utilization of an approved shutter system is an option. Please consult your local building inspector for specifics.
